SHIPPING & DELIVERY
 

  • All orders are processed within 2 -5  business days. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 2-3 business days. 

  • We ship only within the continental US at this time. 

  • We charge a flat shipping rate of  $6.95 for orders up to $50.00, $8.95 on orders from $50-$100 and free shipping on orders over $100.00.

  • Free local pickup/delivery available. 

 

 RETURNS
 

  • At Dripping Springs Candle Co. we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your product and experience! All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will gladly replace products damaged during shipment. Please contact us at info@drippingspringscandle.com within 7 days of receipt.

 

CANDLE CARE

 

  • Soy candles have a memory! When burning your soy candle for the first time, it is important to allow the candle to burn long enough for the wax to fully melt across the width of the candle. By allowing your soy candle to create it's initial "memory" burn, it will ensure a full melt pool of wax, and increase the candle's scent throw and will eliminate the occurrence of tunneling

  • The wicks should be trimmed to a 1/4 inch every time before you light your candle.

  • A candle should not be burned for more than four hours at a time.

  • Never leave a candle unattended. Extinguish all candles when you leave a room or before going to sleep.

  • Keep candle away from open windows or drafts.

  • Keep candle out of the reach of children and pets.

  • Don't burn candles all the way down. Extinguish the flame if it comes too close to the holder or container. For a margin of safety, discontinue burning candles when 1/2 inches of wax remains in a container.

 

 

 WHY SOY?

 

  • Soy candles have a cleaner burn since they are made from vegetable oil (soy beans). No toxins, carcinogens or pollutants which mean it's less likely to trigger allergies. No petrol-carbon soot like you get from petroleum-based paraffin candles.

  • Soy candles burn up to 50% longer than other candles. They have a lower melting point which causes them to burn slower and longer.

  • Soy candles are biodegradable and clean up with plain soap and water.

  • Soy candles support our American farmers.

  • Soy candles throw a stronger and pleasant scent.
